I am trying to get one in the USA, but it is way more expensive than in the EU, and amlost twice the cost of the parts alone as listed in ifixit.

Are these all the components I need or am I missing something?

      that’s why I’m here, I have no clue, those are all the components available in ifixit. I’m worried there’s a key missing component forcing me to get the a whole unit at twice the price

        That would probably be the main processor/memory/storage motherboard unit that is actually expensive to make.

        I’m pretty sure that for the FP4 there was no main board, so I guess this is valid for FP6 too. The “identity” of the phone is in there, changing the main board would mean changing the phone itself. Not only that, it would also be the most expensive part, given the memory and processors included.

        I think you can’t ho that way…
