This is the real answer, most people don’t care but they like banding together and having someone else be the “other group”

Beautiful birds with an incredible history, heartbreaking how they were completely abandoned when faster communication was invented
I have an LCD screen I got 15 years ago that I still use as a secondary monitor for my PC. It’s 1360x768 so the resolution is low but it’s perfect for YouTube on the side or messaging programs
You’ll be fine, both in Japan and back home I’ve lent people my card and vice versa, the only time I ever had someone look at the name was buying something from Bic Camera. It was over 5k yen so I wanted to get the tax discount, and they looked at my passport and compared the name on my debit card.
I own the domain firstname.countrycode so my email address is email@firstname.countrycode, haven’t really had many people comment on it though. the previous owner didn’t do anything with it and I thought about buying it from him, but a few years ago he forgot to renew it so I snatched it up
I’d contact the airline and see what they say. I’ve been on a flight before where one of the passengers had a severe peanut allergy so there were none on board, and an announcement was made warning not to consume them during the flight.
I was on an airplane recently and the in-flight entertainment actually had Bluetooth. Most people were wearing the provided headphones but some made use of it
I’d shit my pants if Graphene supports the next Fairphone. Two of the things I care most about with mobile phones coming together.

3·2 years agoCurrently just use it for backing up KeePass and uni files across two laptops and a phone.
I think it would be fun to use it for storing DRM free games (like from GOG) and sharing them with friends. Create a big dump of games and share them with each other. Maybe even share save files in games where that’s common.
I tried out 3 apps total and even with it being a little stuttery, Jerboa has been my favourite so far. I like the layout of the interaction buttons for comments as well as the ability to jump from one comment chain to the next or previous.
I found Thunder to be a very smooth experience but really didn’t like that you need to swipe comments to interact, and that the distance you swipe determines whether you upvote or downvote or etc. Perhaps there’s a way to change that in the settings but I couldn’t easily locate it.

Yeah I figured that might be the case. It was in the works for a while available on their community servers, but the server beta just came out in October, I’m going try it out myself this weekend too
